Norwich Health is a not for profit organisation whose sole purpose is to improve healthcare in South and Central Norwich. In keeping with this ethos all directors are unpaid.
Each practice is a single shareholder and voting is one member one vote basis with a preference for unanimous voting.

The Board meets every two months formally with an operational meeting every week.
