Welcome to Norwich Health, a partnership of five GP practices in Central Norwich.

We are dedicated to improving the quality and responsiveness of community healthcare in Norwich by developing new services to support high quality general practice.

Our collective organisation supports the development of new services at scale by making the most of shared resources. This creates a strong structure for practices to work together, enabling a more coordinated approach to improving population health.

We make the most of new ideas and use data modelling to create patient-focused services within primary care and community settings.

We work with other health and public service organisations to offer the best possible care to people as close as possible to their homes and community.

We also support local practices in addressing key challenges such as workload pressures, GP recruitment, and streamlining non-clinical tasks.

We believe General Practice should be full partners in service development to ensure all resources are retained to improve local services.

Our members provide research, proactive community care, specialist healthcare, diagnostics, and a wide range of day surgery options.

We first came together in 2019 and incorporated as a Community Interest Company in 2025.

All directors are unpaid to represent our CICs not for profit status.
